Synopsis:

Digital transformation has become a key focus for organizations looking to stay competitive in an increasingly digital world. However, the process can be complex and challenging. This session will explore the vision and goals of digital transformation, the practical considerations and implementation details that must be addressed, and the determination and perseverance required to see the process through. Through a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on action, organizations can successfully navigate the digital landscape and reap the benefits of increased efficiency, improved customer experiences, and new business opportunities.

Speaker: Thrasos Thrasyvoulou, International IT Executive. Founder and Managing Partner of VFTee Ltd

Mr. Thrasos Thrasyvoulou is a results-driven information technology executive, with extensive international experience in all aspects of IT and digital business transformation. His career spans 14 years in director-level roles with Oracle EMEA and 5 years with Amdocs global. In 2022, Mr. Thrasyvoulou founded VFTee Ltd, a boutique management consulting firm to share his expertise and experience with the market.        

Mr. Thrasyvoulou has advised clients across EMEA, including Tier-1 companies. He has managed expert teams and has a unique domain expertise on Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Application Modernization, Blockchain, and modern Cloud technologies.

Mr. Thrasyvoulou has been a key public speaker in conferences across EMEA. His main driver and message include enabling a pragmatic and business-minded adoption of technology.
