The 4th Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum (IEF2019) invites applications for its Innovation Track, which will be held on 19 April 2019 at the University of Cyprus. The Innovation Track aims at showcasing recent research results and ideas with a strong market or societal potential impact that can be materialised through novel products, processes or services delivered by new or existing ventures, private or public organisations, governmental institutions or non-governmental initiatives.
Successful Innovation Track participants are candidates for the 3 best entries Awards, the People’s Award and also will be a part of the second series of videos 'Shaping the future: Featuring selected University of Cyprus Innovations 2018' - featuring narrative of selected University of Cyprus innovations and the University’s efforts towards bringing its inventions to the market and to society.
Information and Guidelines:
To participate to the Innovation Track, please complete the form below. All submissions must be in English and must be submitted via email before the application deadline. No paper entries will be accepted. Applications will be evaluated by the Innovation Track Program Committee, based on clarity of the presented result(s), potential with respect to market exploitation and/or societal uptake, novelty and scientific merit and competitive advantage or unique problem solution.
If selected:

You will be expected to present this work in the form of a poster or a demo (or ideally both), and be able to discuss this work in layman’s terms with the IEF2019 guests.

You grant the Centre for Entrepreneurship the right to publish your abstract in a booklet to be circulated to invited guests as well as to post it on the Forum’s web site, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You maintain the copyright of your submission.
