Students should attend at least 12 lectures, seminars/ workshops and they should submit a report with a summary of each attended lecture. Every single summary should be submitted the latest a week after the lecture. Postgraduates should submit a personal (skills) development plan and/or a comprehensive report by the end of the semester.

*There will be offered a total of 15 Lectures only.

Course Purpose and Objectives:
The main target of the course is to expose University of Cyprus’ students and all the University’s community in the spirit and culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. The chosen subjects cover a wide range of entrepreneurial issues, related concepts, methodologies and tools. Students are also given the potential to network with experienced people from the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
*Lectures might be in a workshop format with a duration of 2-6 hours.
Course Content:
The Centre for Entrepreneurship organizes lectures, seminars and workshops related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Related subjects deal with: Critical Thinking, Marketing, Legal Issues, Business Development, Operational models, Startup’s Success Stories, Funding Opportunities, Supply Chain Management and Intellectual Property Rights.
Learning Outcomes: To acquire the basic knowledge, skills and capabilities relevant to entrepreneurship and innovation.

Teaching Methodology: Speakers are well-known entrepreneurs, academics, professionals and investors from Cyprus and abroad who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with students.
